This is YOUR home. We want you to be heavily involved in the project. We want you to love the function and feel of your home when it’s completed. Not every contractor patiently LISTENS to you throughout the project the way we do.

You will have questions. You will want to consider multiple options. Completing hundreds of projects over the last twenty years has provided us a deep understanding of the challenges we face on high-end, custom construction projects. Different construction details, materials and types of finishes all have “pros and cons” and will perform differently over the long term. We ADVISE our clients so that they can make informed decisions that they will be happy with years from now.

We Communicate.
One of our most important skills must be effective and efficient communication with you, your design team, and our trade contractors. All COMMUNICATION mediums - verbal, emails, phone calls, texting - are used to keep you informed of what happens each day on the the job site and to keep the construction team working efficiently.

We Control.
The financial stewardship of your project, effective and efficient scheduling, and confirming that desired construction details are being executed correctly are examples of different ways that we CONTROL the entire process.
