Walt Brandt: - walt@hammondbrandt.com

Walt handles the company’s sales, business development and administrative tasks and manages some projects. He previously worked as a project manager for a commercial construction company for 3 years, and has been in residential construction and sales for more than 10 years. He graduated from David Lipscomb University with an accounting degree. Upon landing his first job, he quickly realized sitting inside at a desk all day was not for him. After you meet him you will understand why. He is happily married to Sail and they have three wonderful active boys.

Paul is the Construction Manager and is responsible for the project scheduling, estimating, and quality control. He also works closely with Walt in business and land development. Paul grew into the business--literally. He helped his Dad and brothers maintain rental properties and has a lifetime of experience in residential real estate. Like Walt, Paul graduated from Lipscomb University with a degree in accounting and was in the commercial construction industry prior to forming Hammond & Brandt. He is happily married to Emily and has a girl and twin sons.

Bill is an on-site Project Manager and is responsible for scheduling and supervising several projects at once. Having learned the business from the ground up, Bill’s expert knowledge of all aspects of construction makes him an invaluable asset to the company. Bill is happily married to Heather and has a son and a daughter.

Nancy is the Office Manager and bookkeeper. She is a true asset to the company with her attention to detail, straigtforwardness to the subcontractors and vendors, and tenacity for accounting every penny. She has many years experience in office, property and restaurant management.
